IAL10 – Pre-congress excursion, 22nd -25th July 2026 Central Italy
The aim of the excursion is the exploration of very different environments and lichen communities across the main habitat of Central Italy. The itinerary could be subjected to some remodulation because of weather conditions or logistic issues, the following program can be considered as generally informative of the planned list of sites we aim to visit along a transect from Rome to Trieste.

The excursion fee includes:
- Bus from Rome to Trieste
- Hotel accommodation (half board) for three nights, July 22nd – 24th)
- Packed lunches (July 22nd – 25th)
- Naturalistic guide
- Organization costs
The participation to the excursion must be confirmed by enrollment and payment till 15th December 2025.
In case the pre-congress Excursions 1 and Excursion 2 would not reach the minimum amount of participants, for logistical issues all the registered participants will be asked to join EXCURSION 1. Excursion 3 will take place only if the minimum number of participant is reached.
