Registration fees include 22% VAT
* Students and PhD are required to present a certificate from their respective head of service staff.
Please send the certificate by email to the Congress Organizer (to IAL10_2026@nordestcongressi.it).
The Registration Fee entitles to:

The Registration for Accompanying Persons entitles to:
- Welcome reception (26th July 2026)
- Social dinner (30th July 2026)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made in writing and received by the Congress Organizers before 15th May 2026 will be eligible for a 70% refund. Cancellations received after such date will not be eligible for refund. Refunds will be processed by September 15th, 2026.

Field Trips
Excursion 1
Pre-congress excursion, 21st – 25th July 2026 South-Eastern Alps
Excursion costs € 1300,00 (VAT included).
Participants: min. 20 – max. 23
The excursion fee includes:
- Bus from Milan to Trieste
- Hotel accommodation (half board) for four nights (July 21st – 24th)
- Packed lunches (July 21st – 25th)
- Cable-car at Passo del Tonale and Passo Falzarego
- Naturalistic guide
- Organization costs
The participation to the excursion must be confirmed by enrollment and payment till 15th December 2025.
In case the pre-congress Excursions 1 and Excursion 2 would not reach the minimum amount of participants, for logistical issues all the registered participants will be asked to join EXCURSION 1. Excursion 3 will take place only if the minimum number of participant is reached.

Post-congress excursion, 1st – 3rd August 2026 Italian and Slovenian Classical Karst
Excursion costs € 500,00 (VAT included).
Participants: min. 15 – max. 20
The excursion fee includes:
- Bus from and back to Trieste for the three days
- Entrance to the Škocjan Caves and the Castle of Duino
- Packed lunches (August 1st – 3rd)
- Dinners (August 1st and August 2nd)
- Organization costs
The excursion does not include overnight costs in Trieste.
The participation to the excursion must be confirmed by enrollment and payment till 15th December 2025.
