IAL10 – Pre-congress excursion, 21st - 25th July 2026 South-Eastern Alps
The aim of the excursion is the exploration of very different environments and lichen communities across the South-Eastern (Italian) Alps. The itinerary could be subjected to some remodulation because of weather conditions or logistic issues. The following program can be considered as generally informative of the planned list of sites we aim to visit along a transect from Milan to Trieste.

The excursion fee includes:
- Bus from Milan to Trieste
- Hotel accommodation (half board) for four nights (July 21st – 24th)
- Packed lunches (July 21st – 25th)
- Cable-car at Passo del Tonale and Passo Falzarego
- Naturalistic guide
- Organization costs
The participation to the excursion must be confirmed by enrollment and payment till 15th December 2025.
In case the pre-congress Excursions 1 and Excursion 2 would not reach the minimum amount of participants, for logistical issues all the registered participants will be asked to join EXCURSION 1. Excursion 3 will take place only if the minimum number of participant is reached.
